Black Belt Productivity

Hello to all,

It has been awhile since I have posted here. There have been some extenuating circumstances in my life that have been working against me lately. The main weight came from a mysterious virus that hit my 3 year old boy that sent us to the emergency room twice with a stay in the hospital last weekend. It manifested as a roaming rash over about 50% of his body at any one time. You could look at his hands and they would be clear then 1 hour later they would be red with the rash then 2 hours later they would be clear again. But I digress!

First off, my new system is working out great. I LOVE the 18 Month Moleskine! I have felt that I have been more productive in the last 3 weeks than many other times before. I really have tried hard to stick to finishing the items that are in the planner the week that they are written down. Only a couple have slipped through, but they have been completed the following week. My main problem is getting new actions onto my list aka the Weekly Review. I need to really focus on setting a time for review…don’t we all.

Next, I revisted a site that I have not visited in awhile…The Printable CEO. I have really started to dig into this site a lot. I am fascinated by the Emergent Tasking that he has created. I am going to mull over trying to create some Concrete Goals for my profession (Network Administrator) to insert them into the Printable CEO template.

If anyone has any ideas for generic NetAdmin goals, please send them to me. I will update when I have it complete.
