BlackBerry Hacks
As our regular readers know, I recently purchased a BlackBerry Pearl and have been using it, in large part, as my GTD tool of choice. Upon a recommendation, I picked up a copy of BlackBerry Hacks by Dave Mabe. I have found several great nuggets in this book to enhance my BlackBerry experience.
Little known fact…
Our friend, Emory Lundberg, wrote several of the hacks posted in the book. Way to go!!!
This book covers everything from using your BlackBerry as a fax machine, to displaying your signal strength in numbers rather than bars.
Emory wrote a hack about using the BlackBerry for GTD. I read that one thoroughly.
Any technically minded person who owns a BlackBerry needs a copy of this book.

[...] I had been avoiding going digital with my GTD implementation, because I didn’t have that much to track, I didn’t think that I needed it. Now I will be using a Blackberry and relying much more heavily on e-mail and telephone contact prior to the face-to-face action. This is an exciting change and I am looking forward to being able to implement some new hacks and tools for my system. (My initial searching has turned up some hints that there are a lot out there.)
