I was browsing the David Co website and saw that you can pre-order Making it All Work: Winning at the Game of Work and the Business of Life prior to its December 30, 2008 release. From the DavidCo website:

Great news. I hope that this is as good as GTD. I am excited to see where his ideas have gone since the success he has had over the past few years.
I guess it is a testament to his system that he can write books while he is so busy in many other areas of his life!
